Ryan K. Stumphauzer will be featured as a panelist at the American Bar Association's 21st Annual National Instute on Health Care Fraud to be held May 11-13, 2011 at the Eden Rock Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, FL. Mr. Stumphauzer, together with attorney Howard Young of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, will lead a panel discussion titled "Voluntary Disclosure and Cooperation in Government Investigations." The panel will discuss HHS-OIG's Provider Self-Disclosure Protocols, CMS' Self Referral Disclosure Protocols, as well as similar self-reporting mechanisms designed by state agencies. The panel will also discuss and analyze the Justice Department's Principles for the Federal Prosecution of Business Organizations, and how these principles impact corporate cooperation in criminal investigations.
